Teaching Principles

🎯
Student-Centered
Every lesson is designed around student needs, abilities, and goals β€” not a one-size-fits-all approach.
πŸ’ͺ
Fitness for Life
Building habits and knowledge that students carry well beyond graduation β€” health is a lifelong journey.
🀝
Respect & Inclusion
Every student belongs in PE class. Effort, improvement, and sportsmanship are valued above athletic talent.
πŸ“Š
Data-Driven Growth
Students track their own fitness progress throughout the year, learning to set goals and measure improvement.
